Our badges are high quality and reasonably priced. We don’t charge needless set up fees and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
With over 1 million badges made and thousands of tee shirts every year, you can trust us to get your order right! We have a quick turnaround time as all our badges are made on site in Christchurch and sent out to our customers nationwide via overnight courier.

How we work
Get in touch
Email us your artwork and let us know what size badge you want, how many you need and when you need them. Check out our artwork guide to see what formats and content we can accept. Don’t worry if you’re not sure, we offer a complementary graphic design service to all retail customers to help you get your idea into production.
We’ll give you a quote based on your needs and quantity. For small to medium badge orders, our usual turn around time is 3-10 business days, but we can prioritize your job if you have an urgent time frame. We’ll also confirm your artwork for you or let you know if we need anything else.
Quote & Proof
If you like our quote, we’ll send you a digital proof showing you how your artwork will appear on the badge. Once you accept this proof, we’ll go ahead with the job – no further changes can be made without occurring additional costs after this stage.
The majority of our orders, we send via overnight courier with NZ Couriers or PBT. You can also collect from our office in Riccarton. For larger orders, we can arrange freight shipping with Posthaste. We love to receive feedback from our customers. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Frequently Asked Questions
For small to medium badge orders, our usual turn around time is 3-10 business days, but we can prioritize your job if you have an urgent time frame and even get something done same day, though their can be an additional charge for this depending on whether we can fit it into our normal work flow.
For badge orders over 1000, we prefer having at least 3-4 weeks notice, but again, we can work to your requirements.
It’s as easy as sending us the artwork and we’ll do the rest for you. If you actually want to make the badge entirely yourself, we do have a service where you can hire one of our badge machines and do it all yourself.

We only guarantee an exact colour match if an optional colour matching service is asked for, as ink colours can minutely change depending on paper and printers used.
We sometimes get comments about alignment of artwork. It’s industry standard to expect up to a 2mm variance on the final badge product. Misalignment more severe than this will be replaced.
Occasionally badges don’t seal correctly during the production process, we usually test badges as they leave us and replace them before they leave our office. If any are broken in transit, we will replace these free of charge.
